Nomad cloak

Could you help me pls, how can I get those stuff and are there any kind of changes about their system?
I mean is it still infinite and could be mounted of any kind of nomad ships?

Only the Official faction (K'Hara|) can have infinitive cloak.

You can use Nomad cloaks on any Nomad ship.

Nomad cloaks are fueled by their own fuel, and still cloaks for about 10 minutes~, which can be brought at any Nomad base.

Thanks for the clarification.
Looks like it has been changed, since last time when I saw, anybody could have infinitie cloak on a nomad ship.
