The Story of the Liberty Cruiser Trenton.

when the first liberty cruisers were made it sparked a new age of liberty engeneering. they may of looked a bit strange but whenever a pirate bumped into one...they did not live to tell the tale. they were given to some of the best navy pilots in Liberty. one of these men was Paul Kennedy.

he was given a cruiser called the Trentos. as soon as he had acepted his new job he was ordered to the 11th battlegroup. this group contained 3 cruisers, a drednaught and 2 gunboats. they were stationed between west point and norfolk ship yard. there patrols were long and dull. they knew that there was not going to be an attack here. but they were wrong.

suddenly out of no where a small rouge bomber group appeared. this was indeed slighty suprising, but nothing to worry about. then 3 more squadrons of bombers came down. then he realised. it was a trap. it had been set out for the 11th battle group. going into a blank area on the map then suddenly a massive squadron of rouge bombers come! it was too coincidental. with that Paul hit the accelirator. he needed to escape, fast. he tried to get the others to come but in the end only one came with him.

they put there engines at full power and headed for manhatten, chased by an army of rouges. the rouges fired disrupters at the 2 cruisers but it was too late. the cruisers had called for reenforcments. a wing of navy avengers came and shot at the bombers. it was suicidal but it gave the cruisers time to escape.

they made it back to norfolk shipyard and there paul was told the bad news. the Atom was badly damaged and might not make it through the next few weeks.

john was in his room when he heard the news. he sighed with releaf. the Trenton was fully repaired and ready to go. with that he contacted his new battle group and with that he launched back into space...
