To Whom it May Concern:

The Council of Zoners have received a report from Don Sanchez of the 101st , based out of Malta.

This report accuses members of your organization of actions and behavior which is completely inappropriate for any vessel which flies the Zoner colors.

Don Sanchez has presented very conclusive and incriminating evidence to this Council on our private Council frequency. We hereby invite, nay, we demand, that the [ASF] present themselves to the Council of Zoners to answer these charges.

You have 72 hours from the transmission of this message to respond. Failure to do so may result in possible banishment, loss of Freeport privileges, and other sanctions as directed by Council deliberations.

We value all Zoners who behave in a manner commensurate with Zoner goals and ideals, gentlepersons; but we will not hesitate to take drastic measures if the evidence of unacceptable behavior should prove to be accurate.

72 Hours, [ASF]. Do not doubt this Councils resolve to get to the bottom of this matter and to deal with it swiftly and effectively.
