The fastest way to mine, is to buy an Surveyor because it has the highest mining drop bonus and a friend who flys a 5ker.
Fill your friend up, he drops the cargo, fill him again up and then you log your transport.
Is it really so hard?
Even with Surveyor and Arrasta the drop rate is horrible
I've mined in Munich C6 field. Not so bad you know. Filled 5k transport in 5 min on arrastra. Even less then 5 min.
