Regarding how far Special RP could be taken...

The thought came to my mind while discussing NPC Only ships/weapons over the Liberty Lawful Comms...

If a character was to provide a highly-respectable Roleplay, stories, character biographies, and was proven trustworthy enough to not PvPAbuse...

Would it be possible to have a NPC Only Ship or piece of equipment with Special RP?

Was a rather irritating thought that came to my mind...

Well, there are some specially tailored ships for Guard NPC's that usually have slightly faster turning, less cargo...

Or Guns that are NPC Only like Vengeance Class III's (Although they are only SLIGHTLY better then the Class 9 Vengeances) or guns like the Nomad Prototype from SP.

NPC only ships may cause issues and crashes if used by players I think.

and guard NPC use normal guns as far as I know. They only have an unlimited powerplant, but they don't have anything else better than PC ships

Nope, NPC guards have some wicked guns. Guard Photon Cannon, and stuff such as that. Shipwise? Dunno.
