I reinstalled Freelancer on a new computer and when I start the game via the Discovery launcher, it will give me a new account ID. How do I find my old one? Thanks.

Just bare in mind if you haven't played for 6 months or more your ships would have been auto wiped and deleted.

Thanks but I think I still have the game on my laptop. Where would I go on there to find the info I need to transfer over? Is there a place in the settings of the game that shows my account ID? Thanks.

You can use the launcher to export them and then transfer them with a USB or other storage form if you still have the account on another PC.

Either use the export option in the launcher.


Or manually find them under

C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\my games\Discovery

Use google drive or mediafire or any other uploading site to transfer it. Or USB stick/flash storage (phone, whatever) for it.
