After several weeks, I have successfully infiltrated The Core. Posing as a simple Pirate in Bretonia and allowing myself to be caught by the local police proved most fruitful. It wasn't long after being caught until I was jailed on Sheffield station. Fortunately, an AP Manufacturing Prison ship came to make a monthly pickup of new recruits to be forcefully converted into Core slaves. Indeed, that is true. The Core creates new recruits from unsavoury backgrounds via brainwashing. You didn't really think many people would sign up to such an evil so willingly? The lucky ones survive the process. If not for my training in The Order, I may have met such an untimely demise. But the reaper does not come to claim my soul yet, not until I have served my purpose.
However I doubt it won't be long until I am uncovered. I am not hesitant in sending the people of Sirius this transmission until then. Unfortunately I am unable to broadcast at a frequency strong enough so that it cannot be traced as well as reach all of the sector every burst. I must use my time and energy wisely, in order to spread as much of the truth as possible, until I run out. Hopefully the denizens of the Edge Worlds will be able to see this message, and from there it will pass from person to person via the word of mouth. I also pray that the Grand Admiral will see these broadcasts, and use them fittingly so that The Order can bring down and defeat The Core. I will uncover the truth behind their agenda, and expose every cog inside their infernal war machine.
I will talk about the harsh reality of the initiation program in my next broadcast. For now, I must return to my post before they realise I am missing.
I will detail my journey to the Omicrons. As a Bretonian native myself, I had no issue posing as a pirate from the House itself. Creating a few cuts and scars here and there, I can fit the role of a criminal. I was slung onto the Prison Vessel with many other criminals, together we flew bound for Omicron Rho.
As one of the only female prisoners on the ship, some of the Core jailers gave me... Unsavoury looks. I didn't feel comfortable throughout the trip, and felt heavily on edge throughout.
Arriving at Durban Station gave me an odd sense of relief. I didn't want to be near those jailers for much longer. Half of us were let off the ship to undergo 'conditioning'. The other half? I do not know what their fate will be. I doubt I may ever see them again either. People go missing in the Omicrons. People go to hell in Omicron Rho. I've heard rumours from other operatives that The Core is quite fond of push the boundaries of experimentation, but I will make a conclusion on that matter myself if I get the opportunity to. Here's hoping to that.
Carrying on, and I advise any sensitive folk to refrain from reading at this point, we were all lead into a white-walled room. Fluorescent, white light glowed from every side, eliminating everyone's shadows. Even the floor and ceiling was white. It all sort of blended in, as if we were ink standing out on paper. The edges became invisible. You could barely separate the walls, ceiling and floor from each other.
Suddenly, figures emerged from all sides. Their clothing blending in with the environment itself, making it extremely difficult to distinguish them. They forcefully stripped off all our clothes and proceeded to savagely beat us. Our crimson blood stained the white floor, which at least allowed us to understand our surroundings, at the cost of our physical condition. Some of the other prisoners began to whimper and cry out, some even began to piss all over the floor in fear. Our tormenters taunted us without mercy. "You are nothing!" they yelled. "Sub-human scum!" they screamed. I would not be broken though. I remained steady, whilst not in body, but certainly in mind. Once the ordeal was over, anyone who was still alive was dragged onto the next stage of the programme.
I'll conclude my report here for now. I must admit, the memories of the event are starting to weigh on me slightly. I can't allow that to get in the way of my message.
