One member of your Raider Force gave us your transmission coordinates, as we need to clarify an urgent matter. Indeed, we’ve already made several deliveries of workers to Freital base. An old partner of one of our members is currently working with your Blood diamond mining and manufacturing Supervisor, who expressed a need to bring workforce to increase the productivity, and reliable transporters to export large quantities of your diamonds; diamonds that we’ve already successfully sold into other Houses.
However, we’ve been informed that unregistered deliveries of workers could lead to sanctions from the Council. Thus, we reach out to you with the hope that we could receive an approval to grant the Union’s ships the right to fly in your space with workers. We’re sure you’ll soon realize all the advantages brought from them, and from our operatives efforts.
We also wish to underline that we’re in possession of many valuable commodities that we’re certain will help you in successfully securing the Omega systems, freeing Dresden and resisting the oppression of the Rheinland corporations. Commodities such as Counterfeit Software, Black Market Munitions, and even some Nuclear Devices, that we’re already able to deliver to any of your bases.
We can certainly meet with Red Hessian Revolutionary Council officials first, before continuing to discuss such an agreement.

Guten abend to the "slavers" union. First to clarify.. the Red Hessian Armee doesn't deal with slaves, just as your name hints. Though as mentioned, your effort of freeing the poor souls on our installations is greatly appreciated, as I'm sure they will become well treated "workers" and indeed help increase our productivity. Danke, for making an effort to notify us about your endeavour in the Omegas.
No official meeting will be required, this transmission is enough for us, we hold nothing against you for not meeting us in person before. There are some on going projects of ours, that wont complain if another helping hand comes in to supply. We will see if you are trustworthy enough for that matter, but feel free to continue your shipments of our well refined diamonds, their trafficing would never be looked down upon.
Our piloten have already been informed to leave your vessels alone, and assist you in any way, if ever needed.
