The Order - Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army Peace Treaty

1. End of hostilities By signing of this treaty, The Order and SCRA agree to upgrade cease-fire to peace. Coalition agrees to relinquish Resheph-class O.C.V. Kerimov into custody of The Order Primary Fleet, who in return forfeit objective of reclaiming Osiris-class C.P.W. Karl Marx. The Order - SCRA conflict is therefore ending inconclusive, with neither party eligible for responsibility of instigating war. Neither side may pursue prosecution for crimes or reparations relevant to war relevant activities and cold war that followed from 818 A.S. cease fire. Diplomatic relations are reset to neutrality for blank state.
2. Recognition Each side will respect authority of the other in their respective space. SCRA sovereign space is stated as entirety of Omega 52, as well 10 klicks perimeter of jumpholes leading to Coalition homeworld (Omega 5, Omega 49). Observed and respected sphere of influence encompasses entirety of Omega star cluster which Coalition claims jurisdiction of. Remaining Omicron worlds count towards overall sphere of influence for The Order. Both sides pledge to follow law, regulations and directives of the other. In return, SCRA will also understand and respect The Order's interests in Omega 49, with intention of economic advances and protecting the system's inhabitants from harm.
3. Trade and borders Both The Order and SCRA authorities will engage in establishing trade routes between the two. In order to accomplish it, The Order Protectorate and Coalition Republic territorial laws will be relaxed in the very least extend to permit unrestricted commerce between economical centers and/or dedicated trade outposts of both organizations.
