I was asked to fill report day after release, however I had no ability to do that - so I am doing this now. I had no intention to obstruct law, but I was approached by several personal problems that came along with return to my family. Due to my imprisoment, I would like to ask for social aid in order to broaden level of my education. I have positively passed the theoretical and practical exams for basic pilotage.

I thank you for filing that report, even if it is ten days overdue, for it will allow us to process you through our systems easier and faster. There's still a ways to go in terms of setting you back out into the wild, but you shouldn't worry too much about that since your stay at our temporary detention facility is funded entirely by our organization.
As for social aid, I am unfortunately currently unable to offer you any kind. The best I can do is redirect you to a private institution so that you may work it out with them from there.
Additionally, I have a proposition for you. Since you mentioned something about having to pay back a loan on New London, I have since attempted to contact the Bretonian Police Authority to arrange a temporary transfer so that you may carry out this request while we run you through the system. While I have no doubts as to your friendly intentions, protocol is protocol, and it dictates that you must be in lawful custody at all times while detained, and we do not have any jurisdiction inside of Bretonia.
Naturally, the alternative to this is to just wait until you are released, but I'm a man of options, mister Culley. Consider it. I'll keep you updated (if the BPA ever replies).
In the meantime, you should get acquianted with what our state-of-the-art holding facility has to offer. I'm sure you'll find it more welcoming than the mental asylum.
With all respect, I am not quite sure what are you talking about right now, because I never had any unpaid loans on Planet New London. Moreover, I had been already released and all the files has been forwarded to you are evidence of proper sentence fulfillment. By any chance, is not there any other Culley you could have mixed up inside the papers? Otherwise I would be still in temporal cell and for sure would not moving waste out of Liberty.
Last night, we arrested a captain of a Rogue gunship in the Detroit Debris field, who said something about a criminal record and a loan from a banker on New London. He was a bit uncooperative with our attempts to identify him, and the system was just drawing blanks as to who he actually was. Summarily, we threw him into a temporary holding cell in the the hopes that he'd be more cooperative in the future, only to get this message in the morning.
Due to it's coincidental timing and odd transmission formatting, I suppose I got a bit too hasty and assumed that you were in fact the captain in question, using either internal communications or a device that had been hidden in an...orifice.
Thank you for your report anyways, and carry on. My advice for higher education still stands, but regard the rest as null. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a gunship pilot to interrogate. Again,
No offence taken of course. I am well aware on how Liberty Police Incorporated is busy and full of work. Even today I have been witness to one Lane Hacker causing a big fuss around the lane between Manhattan and Bush, which - from what I remember - had to be taken over by three LPI pilots due to his (or her) quite successful opposition. Back to the subject, I think I should not cause any troble in Liberty as I am - indeed - under LPI's probation period. This said, being cooperative with LPI is just obligation on my side.
