Friends of the Revolution,

It has been our honor and privilege to have fought to defend the rights and freedoms of the Zoners in the Omicrons and throughout Sirius proper. There is no one among the Revolutionary Army that doubts what we're doing.

However, as I discussed earlier today with an esteemed member of the TAZ these wars and operations can be quite draining on our supplies. In response to the increased aggression of the Core and other factions, the Sirius Coalition has decided that it must increase the production of its capital-class vessels in order to maintain an edge against the hordes of capitals that the enemy deploys.

To that effect, we request that the TAZ and OSI consider increasing material and resource shipments to New Moscow (Formerly Omega-52) in order to assist in the further development and growth of our capital fleet. The Sirius Coalition has long been friends with both of your organizations as well as the Zoners as a whole and so we hope that you will be able to repay our loyalty and friendship with this gesture.

We hope to continue our humanitarian efforts to supply Freeport 11 with D.R.O.P packages and the Trotsky, as well as its accompanying battle-group will remain stationed in the region to provide military aid to our Zoner allies.

It is a delight to hear that you are safe and well. I hope that it remains this way. Rest assured that the Sirius Coalition and its Revolutionary Army stand ever vigilant.

In regards to your question we are looking for anything and everything involved in the construction of ships. As I understand it Mykolaiv is always looking to expand its stockpiles of Hull Panels, Super Alloy, Superconductors and other materials critical to the production of capital ships. Unless something has changed, the TAZ and OSI should have the RED clearance necessary to dock and supply Mykolaiv.

Once the Delta Crisis is over, even left-over D.R.O.P packages could be re-purposed and used to aid the Revolutionary Army. In short, anything and everything that could be used to aid the Revolutionary Armies ongoing war-efforts in Sirius.

It is our pleasure to aid those we consider friends. Let none doubt the strength of our friendship and the loyalty of the Sirius Coalition to those it considers friends.

I am no expert on the logistics of building capital ships however I'm told that there is a shortage of Hull Panels, Plutonium, Super Alloys and Superconductors on Mykolaiv. The station itself has budgeted for the purchase of additional materials and should adequately compensate you for the troubles.

As for the quantities, I believe 10,000 of each should solve the short-term shortages though delivery of more would be greatly appreciated. I understand that you have a business and other concerns to deal with so I do not expect you to ship exclusively to the Sirius Coalition. Still, any additional shipments beyond these quantities would go a long way to strengthening the Revolutionary Army and therefore increasing our ability to operate throughout Sirius in defense of the Zoners and those we call friends.

It is our hope that our relationship only strengthens going forward.

As for the TAZ, please feel free to contribute towards, and exceed these numbers. The quantities stated are only for the short-term and the occasional shipment diverted our way in the future would be greatly appreciated.

my name is Matt Brown. I am one of OSI's cargo pilots put in charge of your contract. As your dockmaster surely can confirm I delivered 2*2500 units of Ship Hull Panels and 5000 units of Super Alloys to Mykolaiv. Enclosed you will find my shipping logs but unfortunately something went wrong at my first delivery. The system somehow logged some of my ship's equipment instead of my cargo hold but again I'm sure your dockmaster can confirm the delivery.
