What do you think? Will it be the new continuum of Bad Company franchise? Or maybe World War I or II? Or even perhaps something futuristic that will continue 2142 like Call of Duty? (which would really suck, that's why people play less CoD)
In any way, whatever it will be, all I know is that we will see totally realistic graphics and sound, like we've seen in BF3 and BF4.

As someone who played all the Battlefield PC games up to 3 (including 2142) I highly doubt it will be anything as impressive as the older BF's, the dumbing down and reductions made for the game to run on consoles has basically turned it into CoD with vehicles, crappy unlocks and all.
It would be nice to see a return to 2142 if they could actually code the thing properly this time and not have walking on Titans feel like ice skating but I dont have my hopes up.
I've been playing the Battlefield franchise as far back as Battlefield Vietnam, a personal favorite. I gave up on the series about six months ago, reaching max rank on both 4 and Hardline, and amassing a 73-2 KDR in one round on BF4. The game became boring and easy, even on Hardcore (which is the way to play, normalcore is too easy). Unless the next game is something revolutionary, I probably won't bother.

I hope that it will be something epic too. I only liked graphics and sound in BF4. I didn't played it, but I was watching a lot, and I didn't liked those vehicle skin customizations. BF3 is epic still.
As usual, console 1st, well done EA, i expected that, it finally ends the battlefield as we knew it, could of been better, but kiddie consoles win again as EA brings in the money
Well. This WWI stuff is new. I'm actualy glad to see World War again from first person, those games were what I've played first. Medal of Honor, COD 1, 2 and etc.
I can say that graphics/sound are going into next gen, we will see about gameplay. Looks epic for now.

I must say I like the WWI concept. It's certainly a different avenue from the usual shooters that have been popping up over the last few years. Primarily the focus was always around WWII when it came to the World Wars. It'll be nice to see how it pans out in the long run, and I for one am definitely going to give it a try.
