Extract Error

I'm Getting An error While executing The Discovery Exe which i downloaded here on this Website.
An Error Saying

Extract:error writing file to no_elite.cmp
After which the installation Aborts.

The File is Good Because i installed it on my Windows 7 Pc and it worked fine.
I Tried to install it on my windows 10 pc which didn't work

Ill Try installing with Admin rights

Tried all the suggestions But nothing is working.... i Guess i'll Stick with Reunion For A while
