The Harvest

Since the latest attacks from the Core, other Species roaming the Outer Rim have become aware of Omicron Deltas potential. First sightings of “Harvester” units around Freeport 11 and near Planet Nauru have already been confirmed, while the whole system was invaded by Nomads. The Aliens saw the potential in the debris around Freeport 11 and and close to the Omicron Kappa jump hole. The battles between humans suddenly seemed more “profitable” for the civilization of sentient machines. The “PRIME Harvest” has begun and increasing sightings of such machines occurred inside Omicron Delta. Up to this point many believed, that the machines would keep to their home system, Omicron Kappa, so those events came as kind of a surprise.
Another effect of the “PRIME Harvest” was the targeted harvest of large vessels right after their destruction. Those operations were happening so fast, that entire battleship wrecks were disassembled and hauled away in a matter of minutes.
Apparently salvaging resources was not just something humans did, but it seemed like the PRIME Artificial Intelligence was deliberately feeding off battles and conflicts between humans.

It was rather ironic, but it looked like the true victor of this conflict was neither of the human sides, but the Aliens.

The Aftermath

The Harvest of wrecks and Human Ships has continued to be resourceful for the Sentient Race until they discovered a larger portion of a type of Ore located inside the Lost and Delta System. After the collapse of the Collective Core, when a small Consortium of Sentinels united into a new form and goal for the Machines, the Harvesters, were interested in various Materials across Sirius including the ones at their borders "Iridium" and "Azurite".

Aware of this, it started a new Era of harvest leaving the resources collected from wrecked ships after battles as a low priority. This would eventually be a concern of many Mining Operations outside or at the border of any House Government influence.

To be continued...

The Collection

The Harvesters after the collapse of the Collectives expanded further continuing their resource hunt in Sirius. The Miner Corporations have noticed their increased appearance around Ore fields aggressively harvesting their fields making it sometimes impossible to gather material in peace. Technological improvements has also been sighted in systems like Chi, Xi, Kappa filled with Gammusian Mines. These mines are mostly deployed to cover owned territories, mostly signaling a start for building mighty defenses. A small step but an important one.

The Decline

With no success of reactivating any remains of the Collective cells within Gammu the tasked Units turned their focus on the continuum of structural integrity on Planet Gammu. Constructing a layer over ruins and building networks between each Hubs on the planet with the aim of turning the whole Planet into their Mothership that builds, replicates AI Units in masses. Each planet they would settle would from now on have a Replicator, a Mothership, that is connected to the whole eco-system of the Planet and shapes it to the benefit of the Machines.

Each Planet would have several Sentinels guarding and studying it, aswell as completing researches while each Collector would go hunt for resources fullfilling their purpose as a Harvester, as a collective entity. There are also construction units deployed in reforming each owned Base by the Harvesters in Systems like Lost, Omega-47 in finishing the construction of a mobile Replicator which serves as checkpoints for each Harvester Unit.

Fullfilling their task of building defenses around their owned territory and planets.
