Announcement: Freeport 8

Good day

With conflicts appearing left and right, a break is needed in order to provide hope and joy amidst the daily struggle many of us find. With that in mind, It is with great joy that we announce the construction of a new Freeport within Sirius. Located within the Sigmas, this station will provide a new beacon of light amidst the chaos found in and near the edge worlds.

Freeport 8, as the designation assigned to it, is though still under construction. With basic docking capabilities in order to provide safe access for the construction crews, we hope Freeport 8 will be finished in record time.

As such, the framework is in place, and with that in mind, the Confederation of Freeports are happy to announce Marcus Praetorius as the administrator, along with his deputy Anja Beringer. They will handle all matters related to Freeport 8 itself, first and foremost overseeing the construction work. We expect comms will be sent out from them soon.
