Special Operative ID, 90% powercore on an IMG Battlecruiser. The ID rules for the Spec Ops ID would be identical to a standard official [ALG] ID, but with "Allowed ships: IMG Battlecruiser".

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?

The ALG ID does not permit cruisers, and the ship is obviously not intended to be used with its current IMG ID. Therefor, in order to even begin in-game RP to support the long-running forum RP regarding the ship, it would need a Special Operative ID.
90% powercore would be to reflect the tech compatibility ALG has with IMG Tech (Heavy).

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?

The Erdbeben is intended to act as the flagship of ALG Security Division, with its role outlined in the first link below. It will be roleplayed as both a space-side training center, and a formidable deterrent when the other ships of our Security Forces are under strength. In particular, it's intended to counter the Nomad threat in Rheinland, which we view as an existential one and one underestimated by the Republic - thus the contacts with the Order.
It may be used for special occasions when a very long range expedition requires a significant security presence, in accordance with the ship's lore as an exploration cruiser.

1) Original technology licensing request to IMG, declaring the intent to purchase the vessel and its intended role.
2) Continuation of 1), due to the scale of the negotiations we started a separate thread for them. Includes the final agreement and the finished construction of the ship.
3) Negotiations with the O'Rhu Order cell; sadly much of the original thread was lost in the roll back and only partially recreated.
4) Contacting Bretonia for permission to operate the ship in Omega-3
5) Requesting permission to operate the ship in Rheinland from RFP
6) Requesting Bundestag approval to satisfy the RFP's requirement - I think one or two posts may have been rolled back here as well.
7) Contacting the Overwatch for the possibility of reaching a similar agreement with them in case the O'Rhu deal did not substantiate.
8) Contacting the Naval Forces high command to allow legal passage through Kusari for the ship's maiden voyage.

8. How long has this character been building its backstory?

Not sure how to answer this since the RP is tied to a specific ship and to ALG as a faction, not necessarily a specific character.
Kai Richter, the director of ALG Security and person to be captaining the Erbeben most of the time, dates back to around mid-2014, while the plans for the ship itself took shape around July 2015.

All the people I've had the pleasure of roleplaying with in the aforementioned threads, I guess. Especially @Jack_Henderson for the IMG part and @Wulthus and @axisdeus for the O'Rhu part.
Normally I'd list more people here, but since I haven't been able to actually fly the ship yet I haven't been able to have any in-game encounters to reference.
