And why don't they just build elevated rails, you know, a concept that already exists and has none of the problems of this one.

That requires infrastructure to support the system, this "floating bus" in theory wouldn't require infrastructure upgrades

Except for traffic rerouting, especially for small trucks that are used for deliveries and regular commercial businesses. And that by itself is a ton of fun.

I think China has special lanes for trucks and all that jazz.
