Greetings,

Pretty please, anyone can tell which programs can be used to make "moving" gif images? Like avatars and such. I dont think PS support that...or it does?

Create yourself a PSD in which every layer will be one frame of the animation. Open the .PSD in GIMP, File > Save as > filename.gif
Then select "save as animation" and selest the necessary options.

Corel Photo Paint does animated GIF's. You just make a new animation and add all the frames you need.
