Good day, Grand Admiral.

While I've not been back for very long, I see that the situation is rather unstable. The Core going berserk in Delta, the reactivation of the previously dealt with Dyson Sphere. Things do look hectic, and I'm sure that I'm leaving things out.

However, this is but a part of why I'm sending this transmission. As you're no doubt aware, I've returned recently from my twelve years undercover in Liberty, and have brought along not only the ship I had operated, but the crew beside me as well. Right now, the crew is more-or-less content at Giza on Akabat, where they've been staying in housing for the past few weeks. The ship is sitting in Mooring Bay five at Sicca Shipyards in Omicron-100, awaiting it's eventual retrofit for duty.

I'm requesting a transition of command for myself, my crew and my ship to the Order Primary Fleet. I feel that if we were to be transferred here, then the ship and crew could prove more useful to the Order by having our efforts unconfined to the reaches of the Omicron systems.

My previous assigned role within the Order was the same sector that put me undercover in Liberty. However, that sector no longer exists as it was... lost with Toledo. Seeing as how I have no immediate superior officer, I am asking to be put under your watch, and the watch of your Fleet.

Either way you see it, Grand Admiral, and either way you decide, it has been an honor and a privilege to serve The Order in both the past and present, and it surely will be for the future as well.

Your success in bringing functional warship with you over to The Order is commendable, however in all fairness to rest of The Order Primary Fleet all I can offer you at the momenth is transfer of your own person only. Once you work sufficiently for rest of your peers to be respected as a captain in your own right and Shamrock Bay will achieve full operational status, you will be granted full privileges and authority of the rank given other than the Bay itself.
