You are right in assuming that I would be surprised in hearing a response from the Dragons, themselves. The last set of communications had left a poor taste in my mouth and I was disappointed in returning a Dragon gunboat back to one of your stations that had been previously been a gift.
Nevertheless, I am interested in furthering relations between us and working together, if that is still possible.
May I also assume that you are sending your transmission with already something in mind?
