What is your ambiant temperature?
If it is not 30c, you should be fine. The 8350 throttles at 63 and idles at around 40-50. Even a 212 Evo (which I used to use) could handle a 12% OC with an average operating temperature of 50-60.

Here temperature ranges from 40-48 C , today is coolest day of summer yet with a high temperature of 34 C

I meant your room though. If by chance you are enjoying a 30-40c room, then I can only suggest investing in a ticket to a better country, rather than a PC.

Room is 30-40 or more , I have born here , I got used to weather here ,I really love my country because it is my country
