its not just you

it happens with me a lot, you just need to keep trying, at some point it wont and then you can work

what can sometimes help is keep task manager open as trhe ms3d.exe process doesnt always dissapear, so give it a few seconds and then try reloading

I found a solution you try it as well , try running as admin , it worked
