It has been awhile since we made contact. I am Ellie Hunter, Director of the Order Science Division, for those who don't know. I contacted IRG in the hopes of rebuilding the nearly mortally disabled Thunderbay, but communication ended a few weeks back an I am worried.
I again wish to express my wishes of assistance in powering the Thunderbay, as well as rebuilding it's overloaded power grid. I hear Ingenuus has even created a special powercore, and I'm eager to test it, and see if we cannot get the Thunderbay back into the fight it has sat out of for far, far too long. Much of it is complete, save for the installation of both a new powercore and a new power grid. Once these are done, I am confident I can send her out.
And speaking of the fantastic accomplishments of the Ingenuus Group, I also was given sensor readings - not very good ones, you have to share some of your shielding techniques, I'm feeling inadequate compared to you - of your IRG|Ingenuus. This marvelous vessel had one of your own cloaking devices, and well...I would like to acquire and install one on board my brother's vessel, the CV-Oathkeeper. I am unsure of how to really repay you, as much of our money is tied up with...other departments...but possibly, if we could share knowledge and assist us in building our own personal versions of your devices, I am ready to share with you everything I can on the Nomads and how to effectively protect yourself from not just infestation, but as well as the psychological warfare needed to protect one from the Nomads. This of course can substitute acquiring one of your cloaks for the Oathkeeper.

Good evening Miss. Hunter -
I must apologize for the lack of communication these past weeks. Given our own internal projects, including developing our own powercore, as well as recent events across Sirius, majority of the IRG staff have laid low t' a degree. We do apologize though for not providing a forewarning t' those we have a contract with. I hope you understand.
Regarding your requests - our powercores are nearing a state t' be purchasable, and as soon as we have conducted final tests, we will inform you and see about drafting up a contract. I do though have full confidence it will suit the Thunderbay perfectly, and in fact given the status of project "Tonitrus", that may be one of the last pieces of the puzzle t' get her up and running fully.
Now, the Ingenuus Cloaking Device. Indeed it is a marvel, and one we have spent countless hours and years developing. Not one we are eager t' share fully, even t' our closest allies. The ability t' create such a cloaking field, in conjunction with an Ingenuus Power Core, is something we do not wish t' fall into the wrong hands, nor provide an excuse for those eager t' find fault in the IRG and our work. With that in mind though, we would need t' draft up an agreement and determine t' what extent we would share such technology with the Order. That is not t' say we view the Order as untrustworthy, but the more you share, the more likely it is t' be abused by 3rd parties. I do hope you understand our precaution given that this technology is what the IRG is built upon.
Perhaps a meeting is needed, in person. When is a good time and place for your Miss Hunter?
