I am Curator Endurance, acting with the authority of the Inner Phalanx in regards to the recent mediation of conflict between you and Auxesian forces by the Commonwealth. We've spoken before, briefly in Inverness whilst I was in command of the Arktos.

Despite the hostility stemming from the organization in which you wholeheartedly devote yourself to and its megalomaniac leader, and your actions, we have no interest in pursuing conflict with an asset that may be of use to us in eradicating local infested forces and Nomadic incursions. Leniency for operation has been granted, under the following terms:

- The Amenhotep will not under any circumstance enter Kansas without notifying Auxesia and the Inner Phalanx Hellfire Legion High command of its intent.
- The Amenhotep will not engage Auxesian forces in any capacity anywhere.
- Auxesian forces will not engage the Amenhotep in any capacity anywhere.

If you agree to the above, then we can put such trivial matters behind us for the betterment of our species as a whole, not as individuals. We all have the best intentions of preventing the Nomads from overwhelming and eradicating our species. Acting separate and divided weakens our resolve. The above gives us the freedom to conduct our work separately without interruption, and may further open up a path to cooperation in the future.

The Hellfire Legion is the current super power in Kansas, might i ask you revise this term as currently and respectfully Auxesia does not have this sort of power. Please deliberate with the Hellfire Legion and if they should add any sort of stipulation or agree with this term i would like it in official writing. This is not me agreeing to this NAP yet, please revise and it shall be looked over for review once again.

I am fully aware of the fact that the Commonwealth controls this region of space. In fact, that is exactly why the addition was made. As their allies, it's our responsibility to ensure their laws and regulations are followed carefully, and considering that Kansas is quite important to both parties, I'm certain that I'd needn't go bother them with confirmation of regulating capital access to a region of space in which both parties occupy.

If you're a stickler for specification, then let me make it abundantly clear that if you violate the terms and Kansas space without prior authorization from the Commonwealth, who will most definitely inform us of your arrival, then you will not be welcome there. This is added bureaucracy to prevent misunderstandings and territorial squabbles that would irritate the Commonwealth of House Liberty and by extension the Hellfire Legion.

So either way, we'll know if you're there. That makes it easier for us to keep track of your actions when within a danger close proximity to our assets. I'm sure you'd expect the same if Auxesian forces approached the Order-contested Omicrons, and such could even be extended were we not in conflict with your leaders.

Regarding the current term in question i give you the Hellfire Legion Star Colonel's update to the term. and is acceptable. Please revise your NAP agreement to proceed.
