The recent skirmish between your organisation and the Outcasts in Sigma-13 has left The Guild with several questions, yet few answers.
Guild paramilitary assets were deployed to assist in the destruction of Outcast ships, but this event appears to be more than simply a small party raiding supply shipments on the trade lanes. The involvement of a heavily modified ship in possession of alien weaponry, equipment and power supplies suggests this was a serious operation being conducted by the Outcasts.
GMG would greatly appreciate the Bundschuh's assistance in investigating this matter, such as shedding light on the buildup to this incident, as well as sharing any information on your operation in Sigma-13, and anything the Outcasts may have let slip. Cooperation on this matter could perhaps serve as a precursor to closer ties and further cooperation between our groups against our mutual enemies, be they Outcast or otherwise.
On a more personal note, I trust Hannah Feinen managed to return safely, having been narrowly rescued from a hail of powerful alien weaponry. Please extend my best wishes, and my thanks for bravely engaging the raiders.

Let me excuse the impersonal way of communications first. I would use a video communication, but the sending array aboard the Ostara is currently in repair.
I would furthermore like to extend my thanks to your backup, as well as making sure that Aktivist Feinen has made it back to Bruchsal. If it hadn't been for your assistance, we'd surely have breathed our last out there.
Our ships were located in the area to check on a recent buildup on Corsair activity in the area, only to have a run-in with a Hogosha-employed suspected smuggler. It was then we got intercepted by the Outcasts, who decided we'd be easy pickings and engaged our vessels. I too noticed the alien weaponry aboard the ship, although I was at the time too busy to really react to it. As for anything the Outcasts have let slip - there was sadly not anything of note. The usual banter about how this area was part of their space, and an overly aggressive attitude.
On the subject of cooperation I do fully agree. You can be assured that you have my full cooperation in defeating this incursion. If you require anything that we can provide, you only have to ask.
Let me end this conversation with a request, however. As of recently, the Widerstand has experienced heavy Corsair raids, culminating in them even establishing a spearhead within house space. To combat this threat, I have begun forming the Geyer Combat group, a unit devoted to disrupting the corsair supplies to the base. The commanding vessel of this squadron is to be the WGS Ostara, a cruiser-sized vessel, to be able to effectively base and supply a larger raiding force. As this operation will most likely have to take place in and around guild space, I would like to ask permission of you to operate the Combat group as freely as possible, without interfering with Guild presence, of course.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. It is clear that the security of our organisations hinges on our collaboration in combating the Corsair and Outcast menaces. Aktivist Feinen's safe return is excellent news.
The Widerstand is welcome to conduct operations to this end in Guild space when necessary. However, Guild law dictates that vessels above gunboat class are not permitted in Guild space without prior authorisation. This is not impossible to acquire, however, GMG will require further details on the WGS Ostara, such as its hull and armament, before an exception can be made.
I will try to keep this relatively brief. The exact specifications of the Ostara will be transmitted via secure Neural net channel, but in this here I can tell you that it is a modified Hel-Class Cruiser armed for fire support. We mainly intend to use it as a ship for storaging supplies and such, as we expect prolonged patrols while combating the corsairs out there. I would furthermore request another thing of you: Once the Unit arrives in your space, I will order its commanding officer to hold a connection open to the guild. That way, we can try working together in conducting this endeavour, rather than just hunting them each on our own.
Let me add that I am relieved that the communication with the Guild is so easy at the moment. It's good to know that the threat of the Omicron pirates is not taken lightly by you and your peers.

This information is sufficient. The WGS Ostara has clearance to operate covertly in Guild space. Please ensure it does so discreetly, to avoid drawing unwanted attention. The Guild welcomes the establishing of a permanent channel to improve coordination and will accept any communications directed to its channels.
