On 17 September, 823 A.S., 05:50:19, Headquarters stated they spotted a fleet of Blood Dragon ships attacking the trade lane navigationally-west of Chibi Field, coordinates 5F, and instructed us to take care of it. At 05:54:24, we moored out of Planet New Tokyo.

At 05:55:45, we spotted CTU-7f "Raven's Talon" Zarek_Saitek. We scanned it and found a Freelancer ID and Identification Friend or Foe, or IFF, and it carried three criminal escape pods: two Xenos, and one Farmers Alliance. We checked the ship as clear, and proceeded to intercept the Blood Dragons.

At 06:00:21, we activated cruise engines from Shinagawa Station. At 06:03:28, we deactivated cruise to recharge energy stores. At 05:58:42, we encountered the first wave of hostiles 2.5 kilometers away: four marked Blood Dragons. We fought them off using our pulse cannon, followed by battle razor sniping. After destroying all of them, at 06:01:25 a second wing of four more marked Blood Dragon fighters arrived. After dispatching them, Headquarters told us there were more hostiles on the next waypoint.

At 06:04:02, we deactivated cruise to recharge. At 06:04:32, at 2.5 kilometers away, we encountered the third wing of four marked Blood Dragon fighters. After dispatching three of them, a fourth wing of 4 marked Blood Dragon fighters came in range of scanners. We eliminated all hostiles on 06:09:15, and proceeded to New Tokyo.

At 06:11:28, a pilot from the unknown vessel DOBERMAN contacted us from a long-distance channel, only wanting to say hi.

At 06:29:25, TLAGSNET identified Kto_Skype having exited the jumpgate at Shikoku, D-7, so we proceeded to investigate. But we miscalculated our navigations computer and accidentally arrived at Honshu at 06:31:50. Notably, at 06:30:27 is when Kto_Skype is last heard from TLAGSNET, exiting the tradelane at Shikoku E-6.

As we turned back, at 06:34:20 TLAGSNET identified TestingByMe exiting the jumpgate at Shikoku D-7, then at 06:36:00 TestingByMe exited tradelane above Planet Junyo. At 06:35:56, we exited the jumpgate at Shikoku E-2. At 06:37:55, we arrived at Planet Junyo, but didn't find the suspect. We decided to wait.

At 06:39:03 a Synth Foods transport convoy experienced accidental atmospheric decompression from straying too close to Planet Junyo. We tractored in as many of the escape pods as we could, numbering to 4 Civilian Pilots.

At 06:39:07, TestingByMe unmoored from Planet Junyo. After ordering it to hold position, we scanned it. The ship was a CT-39X "Albatross" carrying Beryllium, Freelancer ID'd, but Rheinland Police Guard IFFed, which was red on our IFF-listing. He told us he was a freelancer. We let him off with a warning to update his IFF on the nearest freelancer base.

At 06:42:37, Ennepetal entered Shikoku through the Kepler jumpgate, D-7. We waited for it, and at 06:45:03, we intercepted it above Planet Junyo as it exited the tradelane. Ordering it to stop for scan, we found that it was an RT-41-PFT "Uruz", carrying 3920 units of Platinum, Republican ID/IFF. We gave it all clear.

At 06:49:25, Neozen was spotted by TLAGSNET at Kyushu F-3. We intercepted the vessel at 06:51:04 above Planet Kyushu. We did a passive scan and found it was a Renzu Corp "Anki" Freighter, Freelancer ID, Liberty Police, Inc. IFF, doing a mission.

At 07:32:05, Dug1234 spotted by TLAGSNET entering the tradelane at Kyushu D-3 towards the Tau jump gate. Then, as we were organizing our notes for our report, at 07:35:01, Dug1234 re-entered tradelane there, and at 07:36:28 we intercepted the vessel above Planet Kyushu. We ordered it to stop, but it didn't halt, and instead immediately moored onto Planet Kyushu at 07:36:41. We had only briefly scanned it and only noticed it carrying various commodities at one unit each, none of them hard contraband except Side Arms.

At 07:37:47, we went back to New Tokyo because we observed the frequent movement of Neozen in that system. We arrived at Planet New Tokyo D-6, where he was last sighted, at 07:40:49, but didn't find him. We then observed Dug1234 having exited from the Kyushu jumpgate at 07:42:14, and quickly went to intercept it at Shinjuku Station. As we entered the trade lane at 07:42:33, we spotted Neozen undocking from Planet New Tokyo, and quickly did a scan, only to find him hauling Sake, so we gave him the clear.

At 07:43:35, Dug1234 exited the tradelane at Shinjuku station. We quickly scanned it, and found it carried two ID's: a Freelancer and a Miner ID, which was in direct violation of the A.D.M.I.N.S. laws. We demanded the ship to stop and explain itself, but it didn't and went straight for the tradelane to Yokohama Shipyard. We downed the tradelane, but it engaged its cruise engines, forcing us to cruise disrupt it. When we downed the second tradelane it tried to dock in at 07:46:16, we gave it 30 seconds to explain to us before we would take drastic action, but it kept going until the third trade lane. After downing the third tradelane at 07:46:45, we fined it 1,000,000 Credits for disobeying direct orders from a police officer, but instead it kept on. At 07:47:50, I gave the order to open fire with our pulse cannons until his shields were down. Once its shields were down at 07:48:05, it began to open fire as we ordered it to surrender for arrest. We gave it one last warning to disengage before we would shoot, but it kept firing until our shields were downed and had to engage our shield batteries. At 07:48:20, I gave the command to destroy the vessel. The vessel was destroyed at 07:49:58.

We tractored in the following goods at 1 unit each: Ambassadors, Basic Alloy, Boron, Cigars, Drill Bits, Elixers, Farmers Alliance Escape pod, Fertilizers, Gin, Hydrocarbons, Kyushu Rice, Neon, Nuclear Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Rheinbier, RoboCultivars, Robotics, Side Arms, Super Alloy, Toxic Waste. We then proceeded to Planet Kyushu to finalize our report.

We moored on the planet at 07:54:46.
