To the esteemed leaders of the Royal Navy, and associated Office of Naval Intelligence,

My name is Nitta Shoni, Captain of the Kusari Naval Forces, and acting director for the Kusari Naval Intelligence division. Under the general guidance of the Kusari Naval Forces and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kusari, our mission is to ensure the safety of our House through intelligence and counter-intelligence operations.

Contact between the KNF and GRN has been sporadic from what we are aware, and this is the first overture from the Intelligence division with our Gallic counterparts. Our work has been hampered for several months due to the situation regarding the changes caused by the former Kusari Intelligence centre, the Kempeitai.

There is much that can be discussed regarding our activities and possible efforts of joint security, but I will refrain from entering into details for now. We may consider this as an introductory message.

Should the honourable leaders of the Gallic Royal Navy, or even from the Directorat de l'ONI desire to expand on our communications, we are available to attend to your interests.
