A) Female
B) over 18 but under say 50 (and therefore able to make decisions on who they are willing to go out with... I hope)
C) live just down the road from me or at least in the same city.
D) reasonably attractive. (I *know* this last one is going to attract some flak, beauty is the eye of the beholder anyway )
E) having cooking skills, even if it's just the ability to make something edible by following instructions!
