I apologize for the delay. I'm still learning the ropes of this new position and the paper work has been superfluous. But I digress, the reason I contacted you was to confirm that the person in question was in fact a member of the Liberty Navy and not some unsavory person impersonating a naval officer, for the purpose of extorting the Congress. We deal with extortion more than we would like to admit, but situations like have happened before. One cannot be too thorough in my position. If this person was indeed impersonating a naval officer, it was my intent to turn this person over to you for the crimes being committed, in hopes of fostering better relations with our two groups. As the situation has been resolved, I will say thank you for your time and thank you for all you doing by protecting Liberty and her assets.
