I would firstly like to apologize for such delay with this transmission, but we are waiting for two payments made for the license of Minerva Research Center. There was an agreement made here about the construction, the license and so on.

Here is a recap of the Crayter Laws, which can jog your memory. Please check Article IV. We will be expecting two months payments. This month we are in now and last month. If we do not receive this by the 31st then we will have a little issue on our hands.
