Honourable High Command of the Rheinland Military,

I must report to you that a Crecy-class of ours, the Arcturus, entered the System of Stuttgart not much earlier today. The captain acted on his own, separately from the Admiralty. The reason was a Nomad attack on a BMM transport named Royal.Britannic, which was trafficking through the system. The transport received no help from the Military or the Federal Police for whatever reason, which is why the Arcturus decided to act on their own. Nevertheless, their action resulted with success, and both ships are back in Bretonia now.
Although what he did was honourable, the captain acted contrary to his orders, which is why he will be punished. I cannot forgive him because I am his commander. Instead, I am asking you. If possible, I would also like to know why the transport was not defended by the local garrison.
