Does the 'military or police' rule also apply in case of intelligence factions, such as LSF, MND, BIS etc?

The funniest thing about this ID is that you cannot even attack Corsairs.

This line does as far as I am aware apply to Intelligence ID's. As for the severe enemy limitation. I've advocated for Corsairs/Outcasts be added but we'll have to wait and see for the ID Update when it comes.
