Circumstances: All these kills are on members of the terrorist group around Tutaskhia, who has a colorful band of allies around him. As you certainly noticed, this group awoke again and rose into a real danger to Liberty shipping, culminating in the EMP bomb being exploded and LIS being shot at today.
