Ship Shareds Clarifications

Can someone clarify to me what the lock on shared ships protects?
Does it only cover armor and equipment or does it also cover cargo?
I'm in the process of making shared transports that are protected so this info will help.

[22:56:32] alley: level 1 = no rename, movechar or char delete
[22:56:46] alley: level 2 = level 1 + can't buy equipment, can't sell equipment, can't mount/unmount
[22:56:58] alley: but lets you buy ammo/bots/bats/commodities
