Only Outcasts and Kusari have this gun and they are actually usefull, high fire rate good range and high projectile speed and have same dps with a cruiser turret
I have a question, why only outcasts and kusari have this gun? Why other factions don't have?
What turret? sorry? im confused...
are their guns different?
also clear up that title because bretonia also has destroyer turrets for its crecy's for one example

Kusari and Outcasts have 2 sets of turrets (Cruiser and Destroyer). I don't know who implemented them or why, but they were complete garbage in every stat. The original idea was to create a weapon that's between primaries and solarises, which they are at the moment. Think of them as a jack of all trades master of none. They have less speed than solarises which makes them worse against gunboats and snubs, while also being less efficient and having less range than cruiser prims which makes them worse against cruisers and bigger, with the exception of keeping a very specific range vs cruisers at which you hit but cannot be hit back, but that depends on the other person more than you and it's easy to mess up. Not to mention that they don't sync with any heavy slot turrets (cerbs, gatlings, mortars), which is another drawback. It's hard to make them appealing without giving seemingly good stats, but remember that you'll probably roll with some heavy slots unused which results in worse effectiveness overall.
As for adding them for other factions, we'll see. They just got changed, we need more testing.

Edit: Antonio here.
a Battlecruiser with Destroyer turrets can be good, Atleast Destroyer turrets can hit cruisers from 1.2k range.

battle cruisers are already the most OP cap in the game man...dont make them even more so
as i always state...
"Power of a BS,Speed of a cruiser"
not to mention their armor is enough to shrug off mistakes and they can repair like wut... and their turnrate makes them impossible to his at their max/most efficient range
BC's do not need buffing in this point of the game

op? any cruiser can kill bc, light and medium bs can kill a bc
bc is worst class only good in fleet combats and against heavy battleships
