It's visible to me that the Miners Guild are too busy with their 'matters' within the Independant Worlds. Either that or it's incompetence or disdain for your kind. I will go find other means of obtaining this resource. Unfortunate.
It appears that we were surprised at the last moment. They managed to send a delivery - although - idiotically leaving it near a Corsair border patrol station! No matter, I sent the Peitho wing to investigate and to secure the cargo.
