Good day to you, Keeper Raven. My name is Anita Raichert, Director of Shipping for ALG.
There was a certain amount of discussion among the panel who should be responsible for this transmission, but since it is a shipping contract it landed on my desk in the end.
Of course we are happy to sell ship hull panels, one of our main exports, to any buyer with reasonable standing, and we are pleased that you would reach out to us for our products. Non-disclosure is also no issue; we generally do not make sales details available to third parties except necessary information for tax requirements.
The reason why there was some discussion about this is the nature of your group. I've been forwarded accounts that Division V had first contacts in Liberty and her border systems, and of course after that our main contact was related to the Omicron crisis between the Zoners and the Core.
In that situation, we were assisted by your ships, but we also witnessed your ships assisting the Core paramilitary terrorist organisation.

The board has already approved this sale but under the condition that there is some clarification in regards to the use of these materials, as well as your general diplomacy towards us and our partners and allies.

I understand your concerns, but, naturally, I expected the Order to spread lies about the situation, and it appears to have spread to some of the houses. Allow me to elaborate upon the situation.

This situation stemmed from an Order Battlefleet coming out to hunt our two most vauled vessels down, sending a total of roughly seven to nine war vessels, nor was this the first time that they send such a large armada for a foolish cause. Naturally, they taunted, threatened, endangered and thought it was highly amusing to do such. We had enough of this constant pestering. It was time we showed retaliation for their egotisical nature. The Core were interested in getting some revenge too as they were severely outnumbered, we only took opportunity of this scenario to temporarily conjoin forces in effort to repel their stupid ego-trip of a crusade, trying to assert themselves as dominators of the Omicrons. No. That'll never happen. But without the Core, I suppose we wouldn't have been able to knock Golanski off his high-horse.

Though, unfortunately, some Zoners got involved and shot first in favour of the Order... which was the catalyst for the incident. The Core idiotically held prejudice for one foolish captain, just to satisfy their bloodthirst. The Freeport didn't need to suffer for that. They went too far as we watched them do such a tragic crime, and it is within my belief that the Core should be punished.

As far as I'm aware, ALG has close ties with the Miners Guild, as do we. We have no quarrel with your organisation, obviously - otherwise I wouldn't be contacting you right now. As for Rheinland, we retain neutrality.

The timing of this discussion about the Omicron crisis certainly is interesting, given that a new episode appears to be emerging at this moment.
Your explanation does clear things up somewhat, and we cannot reasonably expect you to share our exact diplomacy in regards to the Order and the situation in general.
We are starting to go off on a barely related tangent here anyway, so back to the contract at hand.

I can't help but notice you're still being tight-lipped about the first part of our question, the intended usage of the materials. However, given the relatively small quantity and generous bonus, we're inclined not to push that line of questioning too much more.

I'll have ships dispatched to commence delivery as soon as it can be done.
