I have also played an escort on several convoys that you had.

My group and I are in need of a place to dock our ships and have a silent operations base. In return, each and every member of the group will aid in engineering, logistics and so on.
The base that I am having in mind is the Singapore Shipyard complex. We do not require your ships or anything like that. We have our own already.

My name is Emerson Bradshaw though I believe we've met before I was flying one of the transports you escorted. I want to apologise for the delayed response, things have been quite busy recently. I've been put in charge of your request by order of the Guildmaster though don't worry you're in good hands. Before we can allow anyone into our shipyards I must inquire about a few things first.

Firstly I must ask exactly how many of your group will be present at our station, as you may know it's a shipyard not a lodge so we can only accommodate so many people.
Secondly what ship type will you be bringing to our station, given the location of the shipyard and with all the recent events happening across Sirius right now, we cannot be seen harbouring any kind of military force, as you may know the shipyard isn't really something everyone knows about, we don't want to draw unnecessary attention to it.
Last of all, we need to know why you want to bring ships on to our station, I'm sure you can understand why I have to ask and it relates back to my previous point we don't want attention to fall upon this shipyard, it's located there for a reason.

I do hope we can come to an understanding and I hope you can understand why we must ask all these questions.

Greetings Emerson Bradshaw.

Thank you for the response upon this matter. Lets get to business.

First. You asked how many people this group has. I don't know if these numbers please you, we have up to a hundred and fifty people, varying from researchers and engineers to logistics and combatants.

We currently own a Kusari Explorer class gunboat which is in the Taus. We are also going to buy additional 2 gunboats with the same equipment that will be used around Sirius and 90% of the time will not be on the Singapore. With that, we hold different snub vessels from Civilian and BorderWorld tech.

My group likes to keep things silent as much as possible, with that, I think that Singapore shipyard seems the best place for it currently.

Unfortunately Ms. Stormclaw you have not really answered my last two questions, I need to know roughly how many ships will maintain a presence at Singapore, I need a number what you've given me is maybe 3 gunboats and an undisclosed amount of fighters? Also I understand you want to keep things silent, but I need to know what you plan to do at Singapore shipyard, why do you specifically need this base as a staging point?

I will also need to know what ID you will be flying under as well as what IFF your ships will be tagged with, just so if I do allow your request I can add you to the stations database, finally I would need to know what current standing is with the factions in the area, again this is in case I need to update any station sensors.

Now don't worry I'm not denying your request or anything like that, I just like to have as much information as possible, Singapore is a closely guarded station and we just like to know what is going on.

Along with the 3 gunboats (2 that won't see much of the station)

We are going to house 5-10 fighters there.

We are using the Shipyard for the one reason of its secrecy. We can move in and out without drawing too much attention.

We will be flying under Freelancer ID and IFF.

As for the factions in the area, we are pretty much neutral to everyone except you which on our reputation shows as friendly.

Thank you Ms. Stormclaw, that's all the information I needed. I can see no reason to deny your request, I've updated the station sensors and allotted you and your members sleeping quarters, the station is equipped with a small recreational area, a commissary and a mess hall, you've been given access to those areas and your members will be provided with an ID code on arrival, I will attach yours to this transmission. I must ask that you keep the location a secret for obvious reasons, on top of that you must understand that this arrangement is subject to change if we decide that the IMG no longer need it.

There are a couple of rules you do need to follow while you're on the station;
1. Please make sure your personnel maintain appropriate behavior while on the station
2. Please keep your allotted areas clean and maintain then properly
3. Do not give out any information on the station personnel or location to any other faction
4. Do not allow personnel to enter restricted zones
5. Please ensure that any items deemed contraband by the IMG do not enter the station
