Solomon Gentry here, acting head of the Confederation. You know of what has transpired in Delta, and the atrocities committed once again over two foolish Zoner pilots.
We are here though to request aid. In 3 days time, Zoner forces from around Sirius will be gathering in the Kappa system to mount a counter attack if the Core and others continue their acts of aggression towards us. We are not going to allow bullies to push us around any longer.
But we are also realistic. Zoners are not a military, nor are we equipped to single-handedly fight our enemies. We need allies.
Our request of the IMG and ALG is simple - medical aid and any support that can be provided over the coming days. We understand that the IMG and ALG are not a military might, nor can devote all their resources for our aid. But whatever can be sparred will be most appreciated and beneficial should the conflict escalate further.
In return, we will offer whatever assistance we can. Escort craft, transports to assist in moving goods, construction teams... What we have to give, we will.
We're trying to keep up to date with the situation as best as possible, but it certainly is chaotic.
Our forces previously situated on the Freeport have relocated to Dabadoru, and they will hopefully keep us informed of developments.
Needless to say, we will offer material support as the situation permits. Given the incredibly volatile nature of the region, this likely will not amount to huge transport fleets, but we will send what we can. Our combat forces are also on high alert to help our allies get deliveries in safely.
Additionally, we may be able to send our flagship, the battlecruiser Erdbeben, on an expedition to the Omicrons once she has made the trip from Singapore.
You know you have the assistance of the Guild and you can rely on the determination of the IMG to keep up and increase our efforts to assist our friends and allies.
My operations coordinators have informed me that attempts to re-launch systems on the Freeport could be attempted as soon as today. I have ordered the IMG to assist with Red-6 (an expert repair crew on board of a repair ship that already assisted in the repair effort of Freeport 1 after its bombing) to prepare the larger operation.
Expect IMG convoys and calls for scouts and escorts as soon as the main mission is on. We will be there because that's what friends do.
