Hm. Most of the laws strike me as "very old" and for me it seems as if a general overhaul might be much-needed.
I am not sure a lockdown is the best way, but perhaps there can be some good from this already done situation:

> Admins quickly go through the laws
> Admins PM faction leaders about things that are not cool, outdated, need to be changed, should be discussed, etc...
> Admins unlock it again after the "status quo evaluation", so that all can fix/update/etc.

In general, I do not think that law changes should require Admin permission (as very few actually would go to the length and use their laws in an abusive way). But some checks at some point can also not do too much harm and perhaps correct the few instances in which something went wrong.

Can some green tell us if adminteam is going to re-evaluate this decision, considering what was said here? Community even brought possible better solutions of the problem I think:

I think that's a fair compromise, as it avoids people making edits in their laws without anyone else noticing.

Those who did nothing wrong can continue unhindered and adminteam will have less work to process. Isn´t this best solution for everyone?

On a ragebreak. Or ragequit. Time will tell.

Any chance these things are getting unlocked sometime soon?

It just makes it more difficult everytime section amendments are discussed.
