I am Mia Takashi, acting Guildmistress of the Gas Miners Guild and I am contacting you today because the Guild would love to ask you if Interspace Commerce is able and willing to host a meeting between two rival companies. Samura Heavy Industries and Gas Miners Guild. We are aware there are many stations and planets we could meet on, however there are none of these which are able to provide neutral ground for our meeting.

I would love to present you a proposal of this meeting rules if both Interspace Commerce and Samura Heavy Industries agree to these terms.

1. Both Samura Heavy Industries and Gas Miners Guild may bring just 3 representatives.
2. No guns are allowed.
3. Both Samura Heavy Industries and Gas Miners Guild representatives may leave station at will without hostilities continuing in space. No pursuits, no shoots.
4. This is meeting just between Samura Heavy Industries and Gas Miners Guild. Kusari authorities such as Kusari Naval Forces and Kusari State Police aren't allowed to participate.
5. Follow Interspace Commerce station codex - applies only if Interspace Commerce hosts this meeting.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can either look for different place or adjust terms for this event.
