Consequences: Loss of guns/equipment.
You encountered a big bad liberty rogue destroyer near Manhattan and were very inclined to do your duty. Sadly, being mute about it is not the way to go here. Cypher is also guilty of re-engaging the player once he was killed.
Bond007 did not have enough equipment to cover the sanction, so you will find unable to join the server until you post here.
