Admins are welcome to play on the server and continue with their current RP and factions. In fact it's hard to imagine an admin who doesn't play at all. How can he know what's going on on the server then?

Adminship does take some time, but the admin duties don't require people to stay online for hours and never enter the game.

Indeed. The members of the admin team with whom I interact are still very active within the gameplay community. Trade convoys do end up playing host to frequent pitstops as various issues are settled, but they do a grand job of balancing their time and efforts amongst themselves.

Reinforcements will only serve to supplement their ability to mix good times and work.
