Wha? Listen here fella, it's sigma-13 you will see this kinda thing and worse.
My advice is stay clear of Sigma-13, get away and don't return.

Battleships or any other ship class can currently go anywhere their ID's zone of interest allows them.

Battleships are no more restricted than fighters right now - the only exception being that order capships cant go into new york.

The order does go into sigma 13/new berlin quite often to deal with the wild, and occasionally the phantoms, so in truth we've got more RP reason to be there than some of the other people you'll see in that system =P
