The Sol Project
The Sol Project is a collaboration of people, who seek to find a way back to the Sol sector. Hosted by the IRG staff researchers with the objective of clearing up mankind’s background and major rumors, this project potentially will be one of the most expensive and largest enterprise the settled Sirius has seen.
Where do we come from? What is our history?
More than 800 years the houses and citizens in Sirius suppress their origin. Scaring and disclaiming their ancient dark ages of horror and war, but ironically haven't learned, haven't grown mature and still continue the way of violence.
More than 800 years are gone to grow and our society hasn't evolved. It is time to find out the evolution of the ones we have left behind in Sol.
Have they overcome their childhood? Have they destroyed themselfs? Can we get back into a relation with them?
So many question and only one way to find out. The Sol Project, a private collaboration of people attempting the construction of a hypergate to find an answer for these question.
Prof. Dr. Alessa Samson: A former professor at the Manhattan University leaving New York in order to search for her missing husband and adopting command of her familys vessel the Antarctica. She finished the University with an expertise in neural diagnostics, computer sciences and acoustics. Alessa is one of the first insiders leading into the foundation of the Sol Project. She has a very developed view and caring alot for herself, her family, her team and even the future of her species itself. Today, she works at the Ingenuus Resesearch Group, who is rumored to be the highest educated and impressive advanced research group in Sirius and is the major founder of the Sol Project.
Hans-Karl von Goeben:Until recently, Hans had been a freelancing scientist and independent gentleman for years. Nowadays he works as a specialist for cybernetics and augmentations in the ranks of the renowned IRG. Born on the green planet Stuttgart, Rheinland, in 792 A.S., he early discovered an intense interest in life and biology which years later earned him a good reputation. The laid-back, friendly researcher was expelled from his first university for critisism on the Kanzler's politic, which marked the start for Goeben's odysee. After finishing his studies in Heisenberg Station and Cambridge, he has ever since been roaming around Sirius. Over the years, the young scientist took part in various independent projects and expeditions in all Houses and beyond. He made a small fortune with a shared patent for an advanced zero rejection-reaction treatment in cybernetic treatment.
Angela Corino: Not much known about this participant of the Sol Project, the anonymous investor is said to be a wealthy outcast, possibly a member of the so-called old families tracking ancestry line all the way back to Hispania. Seemingly well-connected, but likely retired from public appearances and politics alike this member prodives much-needed funding and resources to Sol Project where legal methods make everything too complicated or simply impossible.
The Forlorn Hope obligates to secure assets of the Sol Project for a fix charge of 250.000.000 cr per month.
The Forlorn Hope obligates to keep the relation to the Sol Project hidden till both parties agree to a change or it is nullified in case of a security situation.
The Forlorn Hope obligates to keep any information and knowledge in regards of the Sol Project hidden.
In case of damage or destruction through no fault of one’s own the Forlorn Hope will receive a compensation of 75% of the repair costs or vessel prices.
Employees of the Sol Project have the right to order the Forlorn Hope to leave the Sol hypergate site area.
Civilian: 250.000.000 cr The Civilian investment is the starter investment for the Sol Project, but it is best choice for the most people of Sirius, who seek to sneak directly into humans history. It contains an insurance which is valued with a 105% payback in case of a deadly accident or no-return and saves the investor a seat in one of the civilian vessels, which will be the 3rd and last wave of vessels arriving Sol. Expedition information and discoveries will be forwarded after analysis to your hands.
The contract also includes to visit the construction site by invitation.
Discovery: 500.000.000 cr The Discovery investment is the medium investment for the Sol Project, but it is best choice for the richer people of Sirius. It contains an insurance which is valued with a 110% payback in case of a deadly accident or no-return and saves the investor a seat in one of the discovery vessels, which will be the 2nd wave of vessels arriving Sol. Expedition information and discoveries will be forwarded after a short analysis.
The contract also includes to visit the construction site by invitation or after the investors announcement for a visit which must happen 24 hours before his intended arrival.
Pioneer : 1.000.000.000 cr The Pioneer investment is the most expensive investment for the Sol Project, but it is also the most valuable for private investors. It contains an insurance which is valued with a 125% payback in case of deadly accident or no-return and saves the investor a seat in one of the pioneer vessels, which will be the first vessels arriving Sol. Expedition information and discoveries will be received directly and unfiltered.
This contract also includes to visit the hypergate construction site at any time as you want, that will allow you to have a constant feedback about your investment.
Faction investment contracts and insurances.
Support: 1.000.000.000 cr The Support investment includes the Discovery investment and insurance for any individual of the contracted faction.
Associate: 2.000.000.000 cr The Associate investment includes a profit-sharing from 2,5% post-expeditional commercial use of our hypergate technology and includes the Discovery contract and insurance for any participating individual of the contracted faction.
Endeavour: 4.000.000.000 cr The Endeavour investment includes a profit-sharing from 5% post-expeditional commercial use of our hypergate technology and includes the Pioneer contract and insurance for any participating individual of the contracted faction.
Supply and resources contracts.
Personal contract Person “X” obligates to deliver “X” to the Sol Hypergate Site for the price of “X” per unit.
Person “X” obligates to keep the relation to the Sol Project hidden till both parties agree to a change.
In case of piracy, damage or loss of the cargo through no fault of one’s own person “X” will receive a compensation of 75% of the expected sell price.
Faction contract Faction “X” obligates to deliver “X” to the Sol Hypergate Site for the price of “X” per unit.
Faction “X” obligates to keep the relation to the Sol Project hidden till both parties agree to a change.
In case of piracy, damage or loss of the cargo through no fault of one’s own person “X” will receive a compensation of 75% of the expected sell price.
Faction “X” agrees in sharing of technology and research material.
Security service contracts
