Ange~Noir and Silent_Hunter have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 11/01/2009 for:

Quote:5.4 Intentional ramming of capital ships (gunboat-class or larger) by fighters and other capital ships is not allowed in PvP combat, as well as in any other situations.

Consequences: Fined all credits and armour, notification in hold


Notes: You don't need to be that close in cap vs.cap combat. You'd have read as being at 0 distance to that battlestar. At that distance there is no possibility of NOT ramming the other ship. As you were intentionally there, you must have known he would be rammed. Therefore you get fined.
