Well ya of course... acoustic is always best.... These are elictric and the electronic brain is exchangable with the Xbox 360 brain so you can use it as an Xbox 360 Rockband set or you can hook it up to the electronic drumset brain and then hook it to an amp and rock out without the game. Electric is still isnt as good as acoustic... as id ever be able to affourd acoustic v.v
