Hello everybody, today I will be reviewing the CTE 1440AV Starblazer and I actually really like this ship. It is a very fun ship. And it is also a very nice looking ship.
Now that is a cool looking ship!
It is a very heavy feighter style ship which means it is not as agile and fast as ships that are HFs or LFs. But do not let this put you off as it is very stylish and always nice to be seen flying!
The first feature I would like to talk about is the wings as this ship has a lot of wings! I counted 6 in total! Two of the wings are situated at the top of the ship which gives it the appearance of a bunny rabbit. There are some very noticeable wings at the nose of the ship as well which add a lot to the design. Another cool feature of these two wings is that if they come into contact with another object like an enemy spacecraft, there is potential for them to deal damage. Now there are two wings that not very many people know about. These are located on either side of the ship just under the ear shaped wings. And they are very close to the engine but we will be talking about the engine later on.
The cockpit window of this ship is a very nice shade of blue. Which doesn't over power the brown-yellow style of paint on the ship but somehow compliments it even though it may not be a color scheme many people would go for. However because this ship does have some very light gray parts. It fits in very nicely even if it may seem a little odd in concept.
This amazing ship actually comes with 5 lights, wow that is a lot of lights! And that is not including the two docking lights and the head light. You may be wondering why does a ship need so many lights? The truth is it doesn't but wow does it look really cool! Now these lights are all changeable but I don't think they need to be changed as the orange lights look very nice. A great feature about this ship is that you are able to change the docking lights and the head light to be anything you wish just like the orange lights, I am very happy that they added this nice little touch to make the whole ship come together.
Now if we turn the ship around so that you are able to look at the back, you may notice that this actually comes with two engines. Which means this is a very powerful ship. The engines are also changeable just like the lights. But I really like the engine that comes with this ship. As the white color really compliments the rest of the ship. You will be spending a lot of time looking at the back of this ship. So it is a really good idea that they made the engine look so cool and as you can imagine, this ship is fast! That really is impressive.
I have not seen too many people buying the CTE 1440AV Starblazer and I think that might be because it is very difficult to find, and probably very rare.
And as a little bonus. I have been doing a lot of research into this ship to build a constructed review to the best of my ability and on that journey I found that, if you go to CTE 1440AV Starblazer's wiki page you will notice that the image they have over there has a very nice yellowish style cockpit window which makes me believe that we can look forward to changeable cockpit colors in the future!
This is the image that I found on the wiki page.
Overall I think this is a very good ship, a great toy and is not heavily regulated by the server rules.
This is actually a pretty informative review. I mean, I owned a Starblazer in 4.86 and it was... nice, I guess.
Though that "server rules" bit throws me for a loop, because it's just another Sirius Civilian VHF (along with the Eagle, Raven's Talon, and Sunrider off the top of my head) which any non-Gallic/Nomad ID can use at 100%.
