so I made a new character and bought a gunboat and I cant buy turrets for it now because I never reset my starting guy is there a place where I can buy turrets for it anywhere, I'm just going freelancer no factions didn't want to get to tied up in the houses just wanted to be independent of all that

Using FLStat you can check out the guns you want to buy and what reputation they need.
