As for your Battleship Scanner, if this was removed as punishment for your previous offence, then, I am afraid, it is lost.

I realized that if I died in a battle or like some other character I can not be in the same system for 2 hours even if I changed the character!
I really understand this rule and how I explained I was a little drunk and forgot to follow these rules!
